SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your C.W. James jewellery will be carefully packed in a custom pouch housed inside a rigid cardboard box. C.W. James offers shipping for delivery within Australia and internationally via Australia Post.

Australian shipping: All Australian orders over $80 AUD are eligible for free shipping via Australia Post Express Post. A $10 flat fee applies for orders less than $80. All Australian orders receive full tracking information sent via email at the time of dispatch.

International shipping: International orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard. International orders pay a flat rate as per the destination zone (listed below). International orders over $300 AUD are eligible for free shipping via Australia Post International Standard.

New Zealand - $10 AUD

Asia USA and Canada - $20 AUD

UK and Europe - $30 AUD

Rest of the World - $35 AUD

All International orders receive full tracking information sent via email at the time of dispatch. Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country. Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before making your purchase.

Shipping Time: Your C.W James piece will be dispatched within three business days of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped from Australia. Estimated time of arrival for Australian orders is 2-4 business days for metro areas and 3-7 business days for rural areas. Estimated time of arrival for international orders is 3-14 business days.
